Dental and Vision Insurance

The Federal Employees Dental and Vision Program (FEDVIP) provides supplemental dental and vision insurance coverage. The FEDVIP is a program which is separate and different from the Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB) Program. Dental plans provide a comprehensive range of services. Vision plans provide comprehensive eye examinations and coverage for lenses, frames, and contact lenses. Other benefits such as discounts on Lasik surgery may also be available.

FEDVIP open season runs concurrently with the open season for the FEHB and the Flexible Spending Accounts for Federal Employees Program (FSAFEDS).
