Mission
OCR leads the Department of Commerce's statutory and regulatory efforts regarding equal employment opportunity (EEO), including: (1) counseling employees allegedly subjected to discrimination, (2) processing discrimination complaints, (3) analyzing and reporting demographic data, and (4) processing reasonable accommodation (RA) requests.
